My PortegeR100 won't booting

Question

It was my portege won't goest into shutdown. Then i was tried to force shuting down by pressing power buttun. But unfortunally, when i try to switch on again it's can't booting. Only led indicator flashing with orange colour? Please give me advice about this case. Thank's and regard's
