The cable that sends video to the TV (idk if audio is included) isnt working since we moved and i need a new one. My ps2 is the launch model so does walmart or target still sell those cables and will a ps3 cable work? (i think its called an S-Video cable from what I gathered. How much would it be? I have $10

  1. If you're talking about the supplied with PS2 cable - it's all the same on all three playstations. If you need S-video for PS2 - any good gaming store will have it.

  2. lol u have a banking account? next time try googling it.

  3. If you still have your ps1 and its one of the newer models itll work. If not even wal-mart should have them. They may not carry one that is specific for ps2, but they will most likely have a 3rd party one that can connect multiple consoles like xbox n wot not to your tv.

  4. Go to your local software store buy a used one for $5  ps2 and ps3 are different connectors to the console.   You can get a composite cable red, white, yellow connectors or the s-video connector but make sure your tv has that input, you may need to set your tv to a different video input
