My RCA 52'' projection tv has no sound or picture

Hi...our tv barely lasted 2 years, and we had a repairman tell us that it has a bad High Voltage Deflection Circuit is bad....quoted over $600 to repair!!! How muc would it cost to replace this ourselves, and where would we buy it? Thanks!
