My Rabbit has a lump under her chin?

She has had it for five years. It doesn't seem to be causing her any pain. It was under her chin for five years, but lately has moved up to her left cheek. What do you think it could be?

Here is a picture of her, but I don't think you can see the lump in it.

  1. Lumps around the jaw area should always be checked out. They are often a sign of tooth trouble. They most often mean a deep root abcess in a tooth, but tumors are also common in this area.  She should definitely go the vet, it could be any number of things but there is a real danger that it will eventually prevent her being able to eat properly, and by then it may be too late to treat.

  2. It could be an abscessed tooth or tooth root problem.
