My Real-Time Quote Charts have Problems?

Everytime that I have hitted the "get" button I got my chart refreshed, but now It erases everything and I get blank chart.

  1. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software/program? Sounds like an internal error...how long has this occurred? If it persists maybe contact tech support. Sometimes they issue updates or patches to fix persistent errors
