My Rumor LG Cell Phone got wet in the rain today what do i do?!?!?!?

i was out in the rain for a while today, it was raining kind of hard but i had my phone it was in my pocket and it got kind of wet i dried it off when i got inside. But the button that has the 4 arrows stopped working. Their is a lot of condensation on the screen will that dry? Will my phone work right again? What can i do to get the screen to dry and the button to work? Everything else was fine i think ='/ i got it wet today what do i do?

Place in a bag of Rice for 1 to 2 days. The rice will absorb the water out of your phone. It will work. Trust me! I go through phone like nothing.
