My SD card shows me that it can not read the format, does anyone know how this can be fixed?

My SD card just started acting up, it tells me in the camera and in the card reader that it can not read the format. You can see that the files are there but you can not read them. Does anyone have any suggestions?

From what you describe, I think your only solution is to format the SD card. If that doesn't work, throw it out and buy a new one. Sorry.
