It was May 16,2008 when i finally turned in my SYEP application,(my mom and i filled every section of it out) I had just received from the Boys and girls club by my school.So i decided to check my status and thats when i found out about this extra part of the application which i did not received. This part of the application ask for proof of my age, location and working papers.I have already handed my application in weeks ago and i cant get it back plus it specifically stated that i must have these requirements in order to have an chance to be accepted.
What should I do now?
