It's an LN-T3242H

I was watching TV, and all of a sudden it turned off. Than I tried turing it on with the remote, and nothing happened. I tried turning it on by hand, and nothing happened. I unplugged it for a few minutes, and plugged it back in and still nothing. The red light is on, and it makes a weird faint buzzing sound, but it's still off.

There was no black out or anything. I always have the AC on, and my TV is pretty new. I got it November last year from Best Buy.

I tried different outlets, but nothing will work, I even emailed Samsung.

Any ideas?

  1. i no i have a tv tow  but dot work it work in  1989.

no is not going to work

  2. If it is a rca I would say it is the regulator and horizontal output.

No matter what the name is.  It could be either one.

Or both,  but I would let a professional look at it.

The horizontal is a high voltage output.  The transformer is very likely to back up and cause the output to short out.  Usually when the horizontal output shorts then the regulator will short out, usually.  The buzzing sounds you hear, is coming from the power supply caused by shorted resistor. regulator and horizontal output.  That's my opinion.
