Question:

My Samsung TV has started to turn off and on on its own.?

I've had it for 13 months so no more warranty. Does this mean it is dying and I should start looking for a new TV or is this just a glitch that might go away?

Samsung customer service was the rudest experience. Surely my last purchase from that brand.

  1. might be just one of the parts.  Was it an expensive TV?  If not may be cheaper to buy a new one.

  2. Oh man....that sucks.

Listen, have you attempted to contact Samsung a 2nd time and told them you are DISSATISFIED with your TV set   <<BECAUSE>> it broke just outside of the warranty ?

And you will never purchase another Samsung ever again?

And you should DO THAT at the Beginning of the MONTH when they get alloted more money to make customers happy !!

Yep, they run out of money at the end of the month, so you get better responses at the beginning of the month....

And if you get a rude person, ask to speak to a person like their supervisor....

And if that doesn't work, I have had several people write letters to the president or CEO of the company...

And for some reason, they get a free warranty repair....

You just have to be persistant  !

  3. It is a glitch, but it wouldn't go away on it's own,you need a repairman to fix it,if you want to.
