My Samsung U600 will not

Question

My Samsung U600 will not transfer images from my memory card to my phone to use as a wallpaper etc. It keeps stating that it has failed. It also will not take pictures if I have to store to the phone memory but it will allow me if I store tot he memory card but as states above it then will not let me transfer to my phone memory to use. I have reformatted my memory card and I have only used 10% of the phone memory as everything is on my sim or on my memory card. I have taken the phone to a repair centre and they have upgraded it with the latest software but the problem is still occurring. Also it keeps switching itself off and resetting itself. Can you help?
