My Sanyo TV, 3 year old turns off with a click...

I have a three year old Sanyo brand TV. It is a color,23 inches carefully
used. Since last it has quit working as ; no soon it is turned ON it turns back OFF with a sound of a click similar to that of a relay sound coming from the back of the TV console. If the problem is trouble shooted the part gone bad could be replaced for it to be fixed to work again. Your Help would be Immensely appreciated.
