My School isnt really helping with my diet?!? PLEASE Help!!?

I ordered the 6 week body makeover and it didnt get here yet...lol :)

But i heard that ur supossed to eat like every 2 hours and my school only eats lunch at 11:30 sooo.... hows that gunna work?

I'm gunna have breakfast at like 7:30 then 4 hours later I have lunch then 3 hours later i come home sooo how am i going to do that?

I cant just ask my teacher to eat in the middle of class lmao that would be weird

what do i do?

As a teacher, I would like for my student to simply be honest and explain it to me, then I would allow them a few minutes to snack. I'm a cool teacher though, so good luck with that!

just sneak in some food during class I do it all the time.

When they say eat every two hours they don't mean a full on meal.

Bring something quick.

Small bananas

Almonds

Grapes

apples

Something you can eat quick on your five mintue break to each class.
