My Shoulder is Cracking is this good or bad?

I'm a 13 almost 14 year old and my right shoulder cracks when i roll it however my left doesn't I can put this down to my school bags which is about 4-5kg I have to take a 20minute walk to school and 20minute home plus lunch breaks can anyone please help me it is starting to scare me
