My Sims Deluxe Edition isn't working?

Everytime i try to play the Sims Deluxe Edition when it is loading it just turns off and goes back to my desktop. Can you please help me figure out how to make it work. Thanks!

  1. i had this problem!

    It is because there's not enough memory on your computer!

    try deleting a few old things you dont use and it should work
