My Sirius satellite radio cannot detect the antenna. It was working fine yesterday. Anyone have any help for?

Does this mean that the car radio antenna or the satellite antenna cannot be found?

Any troubleshooting ideas?

I talked to customer service for about an hour w/ no results.

(I was unimpressed.)

make sure the antenna is plugged in fully to the back of the dock.
