It only "turns on" every once in a while, but the only way it actually does is by showing my theme background. Sometimes it beeps but it only does when I press a button or two. It has both a battery and a sim card in it, and it did have memory card in it, which I took out to use in another phone. I would like to fix it asap and the only help I have gotten has told me I need an update, but I don't think that would help, because I dropped it on concrete and that wouldn't lead to an update.

  1. if u are still with in ur one year warranty i would try to trade it in. just don't tell them u dropped it on concrete just say u scrapped it on ur desk or something. lol. if u tell them u dropped it they might not trade urs for a new one. i seriously doubt an upgrade or reflashing ur phone will help since the problems started after u dropped ur phone.

  2. You should try flashing your phone's file system, this would be similar to taking your PC and re-installing Windows to it.   So you'll have to have everything backed up since it's pretty likely that you'll lose the files.

If you go to se-nse.net there are instructions and the files to perform this yourself, or you could do it thorugh a phone shop.
