My Sony Ericsson W810i, when i turn it on a white screen appears, i haven't had the phone for a year yet?

  1. Sorry To Hear That M8 Try Leaving The Battery And Sim And Memory Card Out For About 3 Days This May Work Not Sure Thought.


  2. Take the back, battery, and sim card out for about a minute. Put it all back in and then turn it back on. This is called Power Cycling the phone. If your screen is not back to normal, this could mean a couple of things. 1) The LCD cable is broken/out. This is normally caused by user damage. If you are one of those people that don't use your phone that often or you are very careful with it, this might not be the case. 2) There is a software issue with the phone. If that is the problem and it's under a year since you have had it, this can be fixed under a manufacturer's warranty.

    Your best bet is to take the phone into your local retail store and have them take a look at it. They will be able to better assist you. If it is user damage, you will need insurance. If it is a defective phone, more than likely they will send it off to be repaired and give you a loaner phone during the the time it is gone.
