My Sony KV-34HS510 Tv will not turn on

Question

My 3 year old Sony KV-34HS510 will not turn on. Little red light blinks. What is wrong? What do I look for? Can I buy a part to fix it?

If I unplug it, then replug it, I can hear the tube energise, then some relay clicks. When I press the power button, more clicks, then nothing except a red blinking light.
