  1. Well I have to say I don't really understand any of your units.

To me, Mb is megabits a unit if digital data (and MB megabytes, while mb is millibars; a unit of pressure) , kW is kilowatts; a unit of power (don't know if  Kw might be something else) I don't see any way to convert megabits  to kilowatts

Ft2 sounds like it might be square feet  (ft²), an unit of area, and M3 might be cubic meters (m³) a unit of volume.

again the two are not compatible units, however, you might have meant cubic feet, in which case the conversion is: 35.3 cubic feet ≈ 1 cubic meter.

  2. Mb to Kw.... All I see is MegaBytes to KiloWatts, which are non-compatible units.  I cannot even imagine what else Mb would be, or any units that relate to Mb and Kw.  Please edit your message with more details about what these units are used for, or the full words -- not the abbreviations.

The same applies to ft^2 and m^3.  One is an area; the other is a volume.  They are two completely different things.  However, if you are speaking of the area of a pipe and the flow through the same pipe (or duct), then it would be possible to make a conversion knowing the pressure, density of the material (water, other liquid, air, gas, etc.), reynolds number for the flow, and other factors.   Again, please edit the message and add more details.
