My Subaru's Got Weired Lights Coming On! Help?

I have a 1992 Subaru Loyale 4WD Turbo and sometimes there is this turbo light that lights up green and then after sometime is goes off. And somtimes the Check engine light also turns on. This car was parked for 1 year 3 months after which i started using this car. And also sometimes it take a while to accelerate and sometimes when i am driving normally and i need power and open the throttle.....its take a bit of time before i get this thrusting feeling and then the car goes......please help....i love this car.....it can go anywhere....

replacing the air filter will increase horsepower and acceleration.

also the oxygen sensor may need replaced concerning the check engine light.

after researhing the possible problems.. I have decided if i ever come across like yours.. I am buying it.. One car was still going after 610,000 miles on it... it's a Keeper..
