My System administrator has been hacked? I can't load programs to remove it.?

I can't use my Spybot S&D and I can't update my AVG or my Ad-Adware.

  1. try to us the "system restore" option under the start menu. if that doesnt work you are going to need to reload your operating system if you are not able to log into your admin account.


  2. Start your computer is safe mode by pressing F8 on start up.  You should be able to run your Spybot, Adware, and AVG.  Good luck!
