  1. You gonna have to call customer support.


  2. Another cheap brand of TV that has no reliability.

    Unfortunately you will have to send your set away for repair unless it is still under warranty.

    If the TV is brand new I would suggest you take it back and ask for a refund and buy a TV from a reputable manufacturer like Sony or Samsung.

    what about pressing the power button?
