My TV is broken...again

my philips tv has turned itself off YET AGAIN but this time will not turn back on- I have brought it in to get "fixed" before- the buggers at philips have been absolutely no help... I don't know what to do, my warranty is over, but this is the second time it has brokenPhilips LCD flat screen TV model number 26PF5321D/37
