Please help! I cannot get my tv off video mode! the menu on the tv isnt giving me options!!!!!!!!

  1. your remote control should have a button that says something like TV/Video or input.  Look for those and push until you get back to "cable 3 or 4"


  2. Try unplugging your TV, and then plugging it back in.
