My TV screen is green with faint white lines,?

I have a 27inch Panasonic c227 sf22. The sound is fine and I can see the picture, but it's been "HULK"ified! Completely green!(with feint white lines running at a very slight angle across the screen.) Please help. Thank you so much, I appreciate your time.

You either have a shorted green gun in your picture tube or perhaps a green output driver transistor.  You could even have a broken solder joint in the crt drive section. Take it to a repair center. Depending on the cause it could range from $75 to $130 if it is anything other than a shorted picture tube.
