I'm not sure about the warranty, but would I be able to exchange it??

I got it from ***** Sporting Goods a year and a half ago.

It wasn't supposed to break.....

Do I talk to ***** or Taylormade?

  1. If it's been a year and a half, it's probably out of warranty.  Talk to the store first, to get the details of the warranty, or browse TM website.  Contacting TM directly will probably not the best choice.  And you need receipt.

  2. Talk to the retailer first, if you have no luck with them then you can try contacting the manufacturer, in both instances you should make sure you have proof of purchase - Check that the warranty covers you though, the trouble is a lot can happen in 18 months - its not like you'd only had the club for a week, they might not replace it.

  3. nahh just forget it. the 7 iron is not really important and you can put your 6 iron in a vise and bend it a little  and that should work.

  4. Did you register your club before after you bought the club. If yes, then you can call TaylorMade customers service tell them what happen.

  5. Taylorade warranty covers their clubs as purchased by the original consumer for five years from the date of introduction, or two years from the date of purchase with the original receipt from an authorized TaylorMade retailer.
