Question:

My Telus chocolate flip pay & talk cell phone won't make or receive calls?

When I try to make a call, including dialing #123, it cuts out and says "We're sorry but we were unable to complete your request at this time." And when I get a call and answer it immediately cuts out and ends the call. I can't get calls or acsess my voice mail, but my text messageing works. Any ideas on what could be wrong and how to fix it?

  1. I have the exact same problem

    ..

    i went in today to the telus building and asked whats going on

    and they said the pay and talk network is down and they didnt know when its going to back up..

    i can't even check my balance

    or my voice-mails

    or make calls

    or send text messages

    when i try to text i get a message like 30 seconds after i send it saying that my account is a 0 balance when I just topped it up the day before with 25 dollars

    its so frustrating I NEED TO USE MY PHONE lol

    i hope it gets fixed soon


  2. YAY Someone else on Telus on this site. Good Job haha.

    Where are you? If you are out of your service area or roaming area it won't work. Also if your out of minutes. And if its none of that try calling 1-866-558-2273 (from a land line, and if you don't have one its a free call from a pay phone too) and ask telus whats going on.
