My Texting isnt working! Please Help!! Telus LG Keybo!?

alright so i just bought the new telus LG Keybo (enV2 in america) same phone though. and iv only had it for a couple of hours. I have unlimited texting on it. It works when you call it but the texting isnt working, when i send texts to my friends, they dont get it and when they send texts to me i dont get them, and on my phone it says that i sent 3 texts, but my friends arent getting htem and im not getting theirs, please help me with how to fix it! Im obviously going to call telus tommorrow when they're opened but has this happened to anyone before!?

NO IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED 2 ME U SHOULD GO 2 DA STORE BETTER 2 C WAT DA PROBLEM IS THEY MIGHT GIVE U A NEW 1 OR JUST FIX IT

I woud turn it off completely, then wait live 5mins then turn it back on. Try to text your self and see if it goes through.  Whenever I visit Toronto and my phone goes to Telus that happens. Its sort of like rebooting it. Good luck!
