My Toshiba Regza HDTV heats up?

it gets really hot like on the screen and the back

my room is always at cool temp b/c of my ac constantly being on so whats happening?

Every electronic devices will generate heat. It's normal actually, the surface od LCD screen is heat up because there's a backlight right behind the screen.

Mine does too.  It's normal.  That's why they put vent holes along the top edge to let the heat out.
