In my tank at the moment i have..

my tank..

Dimensions 24" x 15" x 15"

Volume 89 litre /23.51 US gallons running since May 08

fish..

1xDalmatian Molly (2.5")

2xBlack Mollys (both 2")

2xRed Platys (both 2.5")

6xNeon Tetras (all 1"=6")

2xKribensis (male 4" female 3")

I wanted to add 6 glow light tetras,do you think that will overstock me to much?

I have a total of 24.5" of fish in total

Alot of people go by the ruling of 1" of fish per 1 US gallon of water for the first 6 months then 2" of fish per gallon there after...

I'm still unsure :S opinions?

  1. yes it is but it would not hurt if u add 3 glow light tetras but i would upgrade to a 29 gallon 30x12x18 make sure it cycles

  2. Yes, but only a little bit. This is just my opinion but, i like to leave 2 or 3 gallons extra because the plants take a little bit of space, too. I would upgrade to a 29 or 30 or maybe even a 35 gallon tank. (US)

    Good luck! =D
