My Turtles Eat Frootloops?

Question

Okay So my Two 6 Year old Red ear sliders like eating froot loops.Is it okay for me to feed them that until i get their regular turtle food? I like the way the cereal crunches, They sound liie humans eating cereal :P But i would only do whats healthy for them. So can i?

oh no no..

They must be starving to eat that..

get some lettuce or celery or strawberries..garden wroms, flies..anything that crawls he will he it..

Until you can get him some fish..minows,guppies, goldfish..dried turtle food pellets, tubiflex worms comes inm dried cube form..

No human cereal to much sugar is BAD for them

i have a red eared slider too. i think that it should be ok. once they get older they can pretty much eat anything. like spinich and chicken and stuff

if you get their food very soon than it should be fine.  if you have cherios than use those because they have less sugar.
