My UPS tracking # is not working, and i've sent it through staples a week ago. What should i do?

  1. Call UPS and tell them the problem.  They will tell you if it is valid or not.

    UPS is very reliable.  If they sent it, it will have a tracking #.

    Call Staples again. Find out if they sent it.  Find out if they gave you the correct tracking #.

    Keep your payment receipt as proof that you paid.  If it does not get delivered, dispute the payment.
