  1. Call him X3, his father X2 and his grandfather X1, because there is only one male name I can think of, Xavier, that starts with X. Call your dad Thomas. Make one generation per line:

    X1 & Thomas = Siblings

    X2 & Tara = first cousins

    X3 & Timothy = second cousins.

    X1 is your uncle. His son, X2 is your first cousin. X3 is X1's grandson, X2's son and your first cousin once removed. The removed is because X3 is one generation removed from you. When you have children (Timothy), those children will be second cousins to X3.
