My Verbatim Store-n-go Flash Drive

Question

My Verbatim Store-n-go Flash Drive worked twice and then Windows XP lost it and no thinks that it is a disk drive. When ever I try to open it I am asked to insert a disk. Also the light on the Flashstick doesn't light up anymore.
