My Verizon Fios TV remote is not working, could it be fixed?

I accidentally knocked my Verizon Fios TV remote off my bed. It no longer worked, no buttons were lighting up. Then I took it apart and put it back together, some buttons are lighting up but none still work. Is there a way I could fix? Could I buy a new one? If so, how? Thanks

If the control lights up then you probably need to program your remote again. Hope this helps

I know with Comcast you can get a new remote from them either at there stores or they will mail it. So I would call Verizon and ask
