I am useing "Administrative" account and also clicking apply and then OK yet it still turns my moniter off after 20 mins of not useing the mouse or key board. 1. Does the computer fully turn off, or does it just go to a blank screen?  In other words, are you a screen blanker for a power setting?

    Try this:

    1. Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize.

    2. Click Screen Saver.

    3. In the list box, if a screen saver is selected, change it to None.  The rest of the screensaver controls should go gray.

    4. Click OK.

    Hope that helps.
