My Vista task bar is all messed up?

Question

somehow i made it so when i move my mouse to the task bar, i cant click on any of my windows, they just move around down there. and the start button thing has disappeared, and when i go over to where it's supposed to be, the little icons that are supposed to be in the tray on the right hand side show up. aghh. help.

Sometimes these kind of stuff happen to mine randomly, i just restart the laptop and it goes back to normal.

thats a odd thing..um not sure but try this, right click on your screen and choose properties on(Win Xp) or personalize on (VISTA) then choose the tab taskbar and unclick auto hide of the taskbar and after that lock your taskar....uggh all that for nothing 10 points plz =)
