My Washing Machine keeps spilling water out of drain hose?

Help!!! my washing machines drain hose, (the one that goes from the back of washer to the pipe behind the washer) wont let the water drain in hose, it just shoots right back out the top. We have tried draino in the pipe, snaking it in the pipe and the main drain, and it still does it. However, when we put the hot or cold water hose in the pipe and put the water on full blast, it drains fine. we tried switching drain hoses as well and it still does it...what could it be??/ any ideas would be appreciated,,,my laundry is stackin up!!

even though you snake and use Drano it still leaves behind soap scum.that slows down the flow of the water, so use a soap scum remover. it can also be the hose there can be a kink it when you push it up to the wall.

Lived in a rental house and the washer drain would spew out the water---had to hire a plumber to clean the lines below ground as they were plugged with tree roots.  The drain was also to small to accomodate a washing machine, an add on after the fact and not done correctly.  I was a single person doing minimal laundry and this would occur about every 4 months.

How would you switch drain hoses?  They only have one drain hose?  Did you mean you put a new or different drain hose on?  If so sounds like a clog in the line or ????  try putting a coupling on and a nipple and making the connection solid and see if it works okay or not?

i would think that your drain isn't large enough to handle the amount of water the washer puts out,

instead of trying to improve the drain slow down the rate of water coming out of the washer,go to home improvement center an buy a pvc ball valve,install it in the discharge hose coming from the washer,adj.the flo of water going into the drain.
