My White Eyed Conure Parrot Ate My Earing On Saturday at 1pm, What Now?

It was a 4 gage ear plug made of blue plastic. He never regurgitated it or pooped it out. His droppings were normal on Saturday and then a dark green on Sunday and This Morning They Went Back To The Normal Shape and Color. There is No Avian Veterinarian Around My City For 6 Hours. Will He Pass The Earing Or Will It Kill Him?

we cant answer that question for you. a regular vet could probably x-ray it for you. either way hes going to be more useful than anyone here.

Agree with first responder, get your bird to a vet immediately.  Chance are it is in his gizzard and will most likely remain there.  You run the risk of it damaging the gizzard if there were any sharp points on it.  I don't know if the vet can get it out, but they can at least tell you if there is anything they can do or if you even have to worry about it.
