My Wii ran out of memory?

Can i use a normal sd-memorycard, or do I have to buy a special memorycard from a game store?

One more thing, how many blocks are 1 kb?

Tell me everything I need to know, please

  1. You can use a SD memory card, a normal one. You can buy them cheap at Canada Computers or Tigerdirect

    The wii has 512MB of space but most of it is used for the operating system and GUI.

    1GB of space = 7400 blocks

    so if you find the rate of change and apply it with the 512MB, you'll find out, do the math

    The wii only gives you about 200MB of space. But the new proposed nintendo wii, proposed to be released in 2011 will have more space and dvd compatibility.  


  2. you can use a normal SD memory card for the wii. no need to buy some special card.

  3. well i don't know how many blocks 1 kb is but i know that you don't need a special memory stick for the wii an sd will do fine and i think you should get a 2 gb memory stick on ebay it is more  than enough

    and on ebay the prices are realy cheap
