My Wrist Hurts When I Tap It Lightly?

Hey, I'm 15, male, 120 pounds, I'm trying to gain weight and muscle mass, and i eat about 2,750 calories a day.

Anyway, when I tap my wrist lightly it hurts. I mean my wrist when my palm is face-down.

Why would this be? I take a multivitamin everyday, 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, 3 cups of skim milk daily, 8 cups of water everyday, and sufficient healthy carbohydrates.

According to my mom it's growing pains.

  1. well i dont think the pain has anything to do with your new diet.  The only thing I can think of is that your sprained your wrist and it gurts to touch it.  Give it a week and see if it clears up.

  2. it might be from working out i hurt my wrist benching and doing push ups before it's not ur diet at all u had to hurt it some how..and btw thanks for answering my question before :)
