My Xbox 360 Drive wont work?

Question

I opened my xbox and checked my drive for the usual. It is a hitachi, however, the problem is not the spindle nor the magnet.

It will spin up and attempt to read it. It will try for about 30 seconds, and the give me an unreadable disc error.

The laser clicks for a few seconds, then the disc spins up, and the laser tries to read it, but it is unable too.

Help?

yeah you will have to send it in to microsoft so that they can change the drive

call customer care and you should get your 360 repaired or get a new one
