My Yahoo! 360 picture won't show up?

I took an amazing pic of my belly and wanted to set it as my avatar but it won't show up. Can anyone help?

A lot of users have posted as having the same problem with the 360 avatar. Yahoo have started major updates to all of its servers, the avatar will show eventually some report waiting 2-3 days before the avatar shows. so please be patient.

Mine doesn't either. It persists in showing an old picture that I have actually deleted! I'm watching this space in case anyone tells how you update a 360 pic.
