My Yahoo home page region has changed?

Question

I am from the U.S. but I have been in Hong Kong for about 2 months. Yahoo is my homepage on Safari. Recently, when I launch Safari, Yahoo (Hong Kong) comes up as my homepage. I end up doing a search "Yahoo USA" to get back to an English version of Yahoo. Is this a Yahoo problem or a Safari problem? Any ideas?

Login to your Yahoo! ID Card at http://account.yahoo.com/ and scroll to Member Information and click Edit. Then scroll to General Preferences and verify that Preferred Content is set to Yahoo! U.S.
