My Yahoo homepage doesn't start automatically any more. Why can't Firefox start my homepage?

My Yahoo homepage always started when I click on Firefox. Now Firefox takes me to a different page and I have to sign in. What happened to have this extra page added and how do I correct it?

Go into TOOLS,INTERNET OPTIONS, GENERAL TAB. Make sure yahoo home page is selected on that page,or type it in as www.yahoo.com   May be in the drop down selection.
