  1. The AP and Reuters content on My Yahoo is 3 weeks old and does not refresh. Yahoo news is current but my TV listing don't show up. But, when I access My Yahoo from work, everything shows up ok. I'm using Comcast for my ISP, anyone else? What about IP addresses? What do you get for My.yahoo.com?

    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>ping my.yahoo.com

Pinging my.yahoo4.akadns.net [216.109.126.22] with 32 bytes of data:

    Reply from 216.109.126.22: bytes=32 time=21ms TTL=128

  2. 1 - How do you go to support? I've never ever found a link on yahoo to give feedback other than ad comments.

2 - I have the same problem, depending on what server I hit. Must be multiple servers having problems, that Yahoo hasn't resolved. I've seen the problem for several days. If I hit refresh enough times I hit a server that works, but it doesn't last.

  3. I am having the same problem. Refreshing does not seem to help.

  4. go to tech support

  5. This is a very annoying problem that many of us have been having for weeks now.  Yahoo! Customer Service seems unwilling or unable to fix it.

It has nothing to do with cookies or a full cache or any of the other fixes suggested in Yahoo! FAQs. It's a bug of some sort.

The only way I've been able to temporarily address it is to periodically switch back and forth between the new beta version of MyYahoo! (http://cm.my.yahoo.com/upgrade)............ and the original version. When one starts to fail to refresh, I switch to the other for a short-term cure.

I do wish they'd fix it for good, however, and not just jerk around with us in customer service email exchanges.
