  1. I recommend feeding your yorkie a high quality, easily digestable food without byproducts, fillers, or harmful chemical preservatives like BHA, BHT or ethoxyquin.  I like Wellness Core kibbles (if your yorkie is 1 yr or older) or Wellness Just for Puppy kibbles (if your yorkie is younger than 1 yr).  Wellness uses high quality protein sources with no byproducts, fillers like corn, soy, wheat, or cancerous preservatives.  Mix either of the Wellness kibbles with Wellness canned food like 95% chicken, and it should be very easy on his sensitive stomach and wholesome and nutritious for his little  body.

  2. Pets sometimes have food allergies just as humans do.  If her regular pet food isn't agreeing with her, you may need to try one of the brands formulated for allergy-prone dogs (talk to your vet - he/she should have recommendations).

Also, be sure you're feeding your dog the appropriate dog food, not people food.  It's tempting to give pets people food because they like it so much, but we can safely eat a lot of things (like chocolate and garlic) that can be really bad for our pets.
