My ZoneAlarm keeps poping up with this?

It says the firewall has block access to your computer from in-addr arpa [NETBios session]....

What is that and how to stop it from trying to access my PC?

If the pop-up is red in color, the the firewall is turning you that dangerous intrustion attempt has been blocked. If you don´t want to see the pop-up check off the box in the pop up that you acknowledge and will not pop up again.
