My Zune Collection will not read my videos....it will only play them but it wont add them. What's the problem?

I have one video in my collection, it is a homemade video. But it wont add any other videos into it. HELP!!

What is the video format/resolution? What happens when you try to sync a video to your Zune?

If the format is anything other than wmv with a resolution of 320x240 then try converting one then syncing it. If the format is anything other than wmv or mpeg-4 the Zune collection won't read it. You can't play avi or flv files in Zune for example.

Zune accepts only WMV and MP4 video, please make sure your video is comaptible with Zune. If you don't know how to convert and transfer video to Zune, here is a step by step guide for you, it works pretty well for me.
